I paid for a ₹99 Airtel unlimited data plan that was supposed to last for two days. However, on the second day, my data stopped working after 5 pm. I tried contacting Airtel’s customer service, but they gave me different and confusing explanations. Some said it’s a one-day plan, others said I couldn’t use unlimited data after I used up my daily limit, and some blamed technical issues at Airtel. One person even promised a refund.
I did everything they told me to, like changing the SIM card and adjusting settings, but my internet still didn’t work. Airtel did not provide data as per the plan.
