I have recharged 148 data pack of 15 GB of which I used only around 5 GB, the remaining 10 GB is not provided. My current validity is about to expire on March 9, which is having the 15GB of data. I recharged 179 validity pack of 28 days on that day itself to continue the service. But unfortunately, the remaining 10 GB is not getting. I don’t know why they are doing such fraudulent service. 148 data pack is a separate Data package, It should continue since the validity pack is continued to another 28 days.
Kindly do the needful.
