Yesterday I recharged Airtel and it was a pack of 249 rupees for 28 days.Today I am checked data usage through airtel Thanks app and it shows that there are only 26 days left. i don’t know how its happened. i lost 1.5 gb for one day due to this. This is not fair and please do anything to stop these practices.

I kindly request you to give me an extra one day pack availability for my loss. otherwise i want to complaint in fornt of conumer court about this with proof that i have.

    i have recently ported my no 9654391644 vodafone postpaid to airtel postpaid monthly plan 399 which includes 20+20GB data per month as informed by customer care store at panjim Goa.
    I didn’t know how 40GB data was consumed??

    Problem hasn’t resolved & I have to buy another data pack of 100rs after spending almost 500 per month my monthly plan.
    Customer care is such irresponsible. Just dropped the mail. Customer care needs to resolve & so the closure.
