Last night i did a recahrge for Rs 92/- for the benifit of 6GB 4G data with having a limited validity of 7 days. Prior to this I had 84 days unlimited pack activated on my number. On 2-jan-19 the 84 day validity unlimited pack was ending. So i did a Rs 92/- 7 days 6 gb data pack at around 11:30 PM to enjoy the uninterrupted data services on my airtel number. But to the shock & surprise no data was credited in my account. When i raised a complaint of this on toll free number 198, the call then transferred to the senior official. Who said that due to some technical error i might face a irregular delay in getting the credit of the data. To which i believed and waited for the credit of the data. From then, till now like after 11 hours i still not have received the data benefit & Airtel senior executives have failed to provide any resolution. According to them my Rs 92 6 GB data pack with 7 days validity got expired overnight. This is pure deficiency of services on the part of Airtel. This type of behaviour of them have made me suffer loss of mental health & monetary loss as well since due to their failure in providing the data services i wasn’t able to complete few transactions online which had made me suffer monetary loss
