Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Narinder Singh from Baghpur, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. I am using Airtel prepaid number on my Realme u1 phone. My number is 9463677571. I am facing a problem regarding daily data usage from near about two weeks. I have complaint it many times on customer care number 121 & 198. Actually my daily 2 GB data gone without any activity. I followed all the instructions given by your customer care provider’s but not get any conclusion. All phone updates and Android apps updates are on manual mode. One day i have switched off my sim card whole night and when i switch on it in the morning the data has been gone in just a few seconds. I am using Airtel from such a long time but never face any problem before. Now i am very fade up because no body have listened to me. My number’s validity is 45 days left so after that i have to port my number in other service provider. I don’t use high speed data from two weeks after paying 499 Rs. I am not a rich to waste my money. That’s not fair. You know my two numbers are working with Airtel (7529877571). Now it’s my last hope otherwise i quite my both numbers. I want to get back my data which has gone without any reason or usage.
