Text of Complaint by Vidyadhar Khichar:

Dear Sir/Madam, What happened to Airtel….since last one month I have been facing violently the Worst Network servicing of Airtel. They fully cheated us and our friends who also faced same problem. Never expect to see a what’s app status photo’s or getting only 1,2,3 KBPS speed at all the day times and some times unable to calls from Airtel at 1st attempt. but 3-4 Call drops happens commonly with regular calls after attempting 2-3 dial calls. Your recently started tower located in Thoise, Ladakh region does not work properly after having only limited customer of 300-400. then how you providing your service in plains for 3-4 villages by a singal tower, here your unable to full fill the requirement of only 300-400 customer. it is shameful to your world biggest company. I am requesting you to provide proper network services to our defence personnel else we will change the network into newly inducted JIO in a month.

Look into the matter or direct your representative to provide a quality of service to our defence personnel. As you know at this type of remote location have only the option of network to connect their family and other country. Hope you will rectify the same as earliest.
