Hello Team,
I have an issue with Internet where the Data keep on fluctuating most of the time. I have raised a complaint on 27th May’19 and was told that within 4 days the issue will be taken care how ever it has been 8th day today and haven’t received any update from them when I called the customer service and spoke to Kusum she said that she will escalate the issue and it will take another 4 days.
So I asked for the compensation as it will take 12 days for the issue to get fixed and I’m not happy paying for the services I don’t get.
So she transferred my call to her supervisor whose name was Shagufta who was really very rude and sarcastic on the call I never expected this kind of customer service from Airtel.
I’m really very disappointed with the way you guys deal with the issue and your valuable customers.
