As i have recharge for Rs399 on 16.07.2019 through airtel app for Mobile Number: 9933272432, which say that per day 1GB data with unlimited calls for 84 days, suddenly in the month of August 2019 my data was showing NIL, upon speaking with the customer care the customer executive said that the data is over, if you want further data u have to do another recharge for data pack, then i recharged for Rs98 pack which gives 6gb data for 28 days validity.
Even still airtel app is showing the same data and validity for a recharge of Rs 399, then why i am not suppose to get that 1GB per day data.
This issue was told to airtel customer care couple of times but they did not resolve it.
