there is no proper way you can resolve your issue. we are not even provided with an executive service all they provide is dumb IVS service which is of no help.
so my main issue is when I recharged from Airtel Thanks App I received 2 coupons of 1GB each, but when I redeemed them they didn’t add any data to my account. I feel cheated.
