I have been a customer of Airtel from last 10 years. I have been using a wifi dongle from last three years with a plan of 75 GB per month. It was sufficient and there was data left every month which was getting rolled over to next month. But from last month I noticed that the data consumption is too high thought my usage of internet is same. I had data of almost 150 GB which got consumed in 10 days. I believe Airtel is resorting to illegal and unethical practices to gain financial advantage from their customers. I tried calling their customer care but I couldn’t get through to IVR. There were no options available to speak to a customer care executive. Resolve this issue at the earliest or I will have to write a complaint to TRAI.
