Whenever I called Airtel most of the time they send their app link and ask their customers to download their Airtel app. Their app shows inappropriate information. Just because of that I have charged for the data which is approximately 6000.
In the year of 2018 and 2019 about to come if I would tell I have used 6000 RS internet only that person will laugh on me.
I have requested Airtel to remove these data charges from my bill and continue the healthy relationship but they denied the waiver. If I would not pay the bill because of Airtel it will effect my credit score and Airtel will be responsible for that.
Since I have limit of 4100 my bill reaches to almost 6000 since I had no data plan with them after my free data why they did not cancelled the data. That’s cheating
