I have a Airtel data card / dongle with number 9940360992. I am supposed to get 30 GB per month in this connection. Since February 2020 i have been getting 236.8 kbps against the assured speed i.e. internet is slow / no internet. I thought the connection would be alright and waited for the issue to resolve. I called Airtel customer care on 21st February to complain about the issue, since then several call backs were promised by Airtel and always they have sent me a reply saying this issue will be resolved in 72 hours. Now i cannot Airtel on this issue to the lockdown imposed by the Government due to Covid 19 Pandemic. I am annoyed and frustrated for the way i am treated till date and for having an useless internet connection. All my recent emails to Airtel are unanswered till date. I even tried raising this issue and sent an email to airtel ceo desk last week. Even for that i did not receive a reply yet. I am sure this is tough times for everyone but it is hard to believe that a simple internet issue cannot be resolved for the last 2 months by Airtel. I feel ignored and disrespected in this regard. Please do the needful. For the last 10+ years i am having 3 airtel postpaid numbers and have been paying my bills on or before time. Definitely i does not deserve this type of treatment. After several interactions my bill for the number 9940360992 was waived for February 2020 and the bill for March 2020 has been generated and i received a text message to pay March 2020 bill before 14th March 2020, which i would not do because i did not use the service / the service was not available as assured. I would like to have a compensation for the terrible service and hassles i have faced for the last 2 months and would request a bill waiver for March 2020 or till this issue is permanently resolved. Request you to intervene and take appropriate action.
