I asked one of the Airtel executive to deactivate the boosters on 4th of April and he told me that boosters have been deactivated however, since the bill has been generated, you will be billed for April and not for May month.
I received the May month bill for data boosters again. Other executive told me that there is no mention of the deactivation. Now I want my bill to be waived off, to which Airtel doesn’t comply. I mean, we customers still don’t have control on all the services. I just need my bill to be waived off for data boosters.
