Hi,
I have an Airtel Damage Protection Plan for my Iphone 7.
Recently the screen got damaged because it fell down on the floor when one of friend pushed me while walking on the road. I had raised a claim request stating it accidentally slipped from my hand and the team closed the request mentioning its Improper Handling.
Now they are not allowing me to request a new claim also they are not allowing me to change the description.
If that is the case what is use of having an insurance ? they are rejecting the new requests also. They do not care for the customer.They just offer it to grab the customers and make them lose their money.
Unhappy with Airtel and Its Services. Dont lose your money for these services which they dont provide the customer.
