I have problem with my daily data , where I didn’t turn on my mobile data and not used any data after 12 am refill, but my data balance displays as 1.1gb left and the remaining data was deducted by airtel(400mb). There could be no possible way that it can be used in my mobile because I didn’t turn on my mobile data . I tried to ask the customer care persons and spoke with 5 members but none could solve this issue and also daily I use 400 – 500 mb data (accurate calculation) but message pops up as 50% used. This is happening 8 -10 times a month and it’s been 4 months this data usage scam is going on, several times reached your customer support in past 4 months and not resolved yet. and have sent many emails but useless auto generated messages came.

Stop cheating on daily mobile data and be loyal to your customers. Surely you won’t refund my money I lost due to mobile data. worst service by airtel , it happened many times. Cheating with 5g advertising and taking all peoples money, need an end for all this airtel company’s fraud actions.
