Sir, Good evening. On 17th Feb 2020, I have recharged D2h (3027387718) with Rs.520/. I received a msg stating that the amount is not credited and the same will be refunded to my account within 7 working days. But even after 7 MONTHS nothing has been done. I have already complained in June 2020, but in vain. Should i complain the same to any higher officials, if that is being the case, please let me know the Number or email ID, of the person to whom I have to complain. An earlier reply, to this atleast will be appreciated.
