My cstomer id 3027100959 My airtel setup box is giving problems for last 7/8 days and tv is getting black out for 45 min and never coming up. After registering complaint they send the service person with limited knowledge and he swap the two setup box after replacing one setup box which didnot work to address the issue. Due to that i am unable to view all the channels which i was subscribed differently in two different setup boxes. FYI two setup box was having different set up channels subscribed as per my requirement. Now after swapping of setup box i am uable to watch the respective channels. When i asked customer care to give nodal office number monalisha named lady told why she will give the number? It is frustating and dissapointing when we are unable to get exact solution.
