Hi,
I have been using airtel for years and pay 1300 on wifi and 600 on phone. Today airtel shut down my wifi and is refusing to fix it because new customers are a priority and my wifi will be fixed once all new customers are done which could be days according to one of Airtels agent.
I am not sure how they expect me to work during WFH when they shut down my wifi and yes they shut down my wifi because my neighbors can use theirs.
