Text of Complaint by Padmaja:

 

This is to bring to your notice that I am extremely dissatisfied with the services offered by Airtel. Considering that we’ve been associated with your organization for over 20 years, it is shocking to observe the sheer amount of ignorance displayed by the airtel team to resolve my issues and provide a solution.
I’ve connected with many of your colleagues over call, with multiple follow-ups, and it is very evident that there is no satisfactory system for catering to customer service.
1. All Our services as part of the airtel 1399 plan, all devices including the landline, wifi, primary mobile  number and add-on mobile number have been debarred for 15 days, right from 1st, May, 2020. Reason claiming that the entire bill amount has not been paid.
Following which, I’ve shared the transaction ID and receipt details to everyone I connected on call (121), and got my services only on 15th, May, post your team’s confirmation that it was an accounting mistake from your end, which had caused an error in your books.
All this is during the lockdown period, where we had to WORK FROM HOME, and your services were not functional. It was in a very embarrassing situation you had put us in. We had to stay with no services due to a huge error commited by your team.
2. Your team had also offered an “apology” over call, stating that errors will not happen again.
I get my e-bill receipt now, for an amount totalling to approx 3k. My current plan still being 1399.
I still connected on call with one of your service executives (Mr.Vishnu) on 121 on Friday , communicated my issues. He confirmed to me that I will be receiving a call with 2 hours with a clarification on the same.
I have not received a revert yet.
This is the last communication I’m having with your team. Please be aware that it will not take me any extra time to change to a much better service provider, considering the current standards offered by the Airtel team.
