I have had a lot of problems when recharge done and it dont come uo on the app for days and we can only contact the company for this.Airtel asks us to come on airtel thanks app and if they can ahow us any use of that with the issues that we mostly have I will be surprised as I have tried alot.
At last when I was able to find the option to get to customer service adviser they closed it saying all are busy instead of being in queue.
So now they dont give us the right to wait as well.
Customer service is a joke if we cant reach them when needed and it is the same way before corona and in corona as well they can have 2 hrs queue and we are fine but they dont even provude us that.
We recharged using airtel app and done successfully on app usimg upi and not showing up in the app. Tried connecting or searching in the app for help , as usual no help. Connected and closed the call saying all are busy.
This is the not a service that should be encouraged and actaully should be fined and asked to make it better or close the company igmf they cant handle it
