I can’t receive any OTP and SMS from my Airtel number. I had tried to call 198 and 121 and other Airtel customer numbers. But no option for connecting with a customer care executive. I had tried to install Airtel App. But it need OTP. OTP is not received my phone and that is my problem. Airtel customer service is very bad.
