My number just got ported from Idea to Airtel. Since then I am not getting any signal ,no incoming no outing nothing.First they verified my number then due their negligence they deleted my profile and now not able to resolve that.They blocked my incoming service.
I made several calls to customer care,several mails but no action .Same words it will get resolved by 24 hrs 48 hrs,they dont even understand the issue of a customer.
Why they open a customer service when they can provide solution.They dont even bother to entertain. Now I am regretting so much why even i switched from idea to airtel.
Worst Customer service i ever faced.
