- I’m a airtel customer for more than 15 year’s nowadays their services are gone very worst two days before I went for sim swapping in the airtel outlet and bought a new sim even after two days the new sim was not activated I contacted the service outlet they were very rude not responsible and telling me to do mnp to another network very disappointed with their services
