  1. Hello sir my name is rahul ojha resident of Hyderabad india…i had taken a airtel connection on 22nd of march 2020…i had changed my past connection from prepaid to postpaid. As iam not satisfied with the postpaid service after paying 4 months regular bills i had went to airtel store near city college quli qutub shah stadium…The executive named ASHRAF who was present at store i had requested him to change my no. From postpaid to prepaid..on that he started abusing me by saying i cant change it u have to pay bills for 6 months mandatory. On that i had made a call to customer care for asking is there any kind of rule is mentioned in ur airtel…then the customer care representative replied no. Sir there is no. Such rule u can change ur no. After 1 month of activation..i had told ASHRAf to talk to customer care representative..after talking with her also he is abusing …i had lodged a complaint online with reference number {3360460565311} j want his resignation or an apology from that executive ASHRAF or else im gonna file a police complaint on that airtel store..thank you..i will be expecting a fast rply on my complain…
