I purchased the plan for Airtel Xstream fiber connection.
Its more than 24 hours and have not received any update on connection/technician side.
When i called the person who processed the transaction/plan, she is NOT picking the call, neither sharing any update on installation.
I am deeply disappointed by Airtel service and LOW professional behaviour.

I want to get the refund amount IMMEDIATELY or GET THE INSTALLATION DONE TODAY ITSELF
