Text of Complaint by Gupta:

On the day of 19June,2022 15:00, customer care from airtel called us to enquire about payment of dues, we asked for explanation why is there a due if the connection was disconnected during first week of June,2022.
On further asking about details, customer care executive proceeded to call us “bloody asshole” and proceeded to to further use more curse words and disconnected without ever properly explaining about dues.
