My Airtel no was having issue of incoming calls, where my incoming calls and outgoing SMS are barred. It may have happened because I didn’t recharge my number for long time. I approached Airtel customer care by callin 121 but they asked me to wait for 1-2 days and after that they asked me to Visit dombivli gallery, i went there and they asked me to come after 2-3 days. Now it has been almost 1.5 months now however still my problem is not resolved. I called 121, visited gallery, dropped mails to 121@airtel.in , submitted my documents , but no use at all.
I am stuck with this useless network, i wish my outgoing SMS starts and i do port this no into other network operator.
Will never buy another airtel sim now in my entire life.
