Text of Complaint by Deeksha Khanna:

We had a problem with our Airtel SIM card. it stopped working. we then visited our nearest airtel store, the address is: G 24, G25, G35, Westend Mall, Janakpuri, Janakpuri West, Janakpuri District Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110058.

First due to the mistake of staff we had to visit their center three times.

second, a women who works there as a senior/manager/coordinator, she was always s rude, she shouted at us so loudly in front of the whole store just because we had questions that why we had to visit 3 times and why the problem has been occurred. she has no etiquettes  how to handle their customers. and we noticed she was rude to almost everybody in the store. a few people has asked her to talk politely as well, but she has people management skills, and no sense to talk. just because of her misbehavior we will now port our connection to there company as we do not want to deal with rude services.
