my mobile number was recharged with 5000rs by mistake.and 5000rs credited as my airtel balance. when I called customer care and I asked them about the recharge issue. they debited money and they told they will give money in 45days .now 90 days completed but not returned my money. when I ask the money they are rude behavior and asking bank statements. why I must give the bank statements to airtel. my personal bank statement how I can give .the overall procedure with airtel database. why I must give my secure bank statement to airtel .they are not returning money from 90 days onwards .Branch near Sampath Vinayaka temple branch rude behavior with customers
