Text of Complaint by Himanshu Malik:

I have 3 postpaid numbers with me 9710******,8826356001,7895******and 5 others with my family members. Recently I asked airtel customer care to port my postpaid  number 8826356001 in airtel prepaid. they asked me to pay a bill of 589 rupees and 57 rupee extra for 3 days extra usage.and the same sim card in your phone will be ported in prepaid .
I paid the amount said. but the number was not ported and I got another bill and its been three months now it is 1505 . when i called customer care again they said i have to visit an airtel store there only it will be possible to port your number to prepaid.now i have been complaining regarding this for several days. and no one is really looking into my problem.
Being calls and internet service stopped they manages to charge me for it.
The bill was 1505 rupees but I have paid 505 rupees for now. The fault was of the airtel operator which made me to face this problem and now they are denying to wave off these charges so that i can port it in prepaid.
