Hi,
My airtel sim is not receiving any otp and nor able to make any outgoing calls from my number.
I did a recharge of 98 rs in my airtel number which went successfully but still when i call from my number it is saying insufficient balance, how come?
i tried calling customer care for assistance but the IVR is contiously saying “Press 1 or 2” even if i pressed a number. Dont know how to resolve as cant get any assistance from airtel customer care. Wanted to make some transactions, it will sent otp but airtel number is not displaying any otp
