Text of Complaint by Koushik Herle:

Airtel claims that it’s open to questions. But either through Airtel thanks app or by calling 121 we can’t reach to their executive. On the app there is no option to write a question or raise service request. 121 and 198 never give option to talk to executive. There is no email I’d displayed to mail our grievances. So then how are you open for questions
