Text of Complaint by Manish Kumar:

I am user of Airtel digital TV, My customer id is 3018329253

Before recharge i contact at 01244448080  and a customer executive Mr. BABUL talked to me .

I ask him about new pack where i can get HD channel especially of sports HD channel.

He guide me to recharge of 339 +15 = 354.

I asked me please make sure that with recharge of above amount i ll get various HD channel.

But i have not found any changes.

Airtel deceive me. They robbed my money.

Note – I have recording of conversation with that customer also.
