AIRTEL’S CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IVRS MENU IS VERY CUMBERSOME. IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SKIP ANY STEP. ONE HAS TO WAIT FOR ALL THE ANNOUNCEMENTS ARE MADE TO SELECT THE NUMBER YOU WANT. HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO NO AVAIL.
AIRTEL BOASTS OF STRIVING TOWARDS ZERO COMPLAINTS. HOWEVER AIRTEL HAS A POLICY OF DUMPING QUESTIONS AFTER FIVE DAYS AND THEY SEND A SMS THAT THE QUERY HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
AIRTEL THANKS APP DOES NOT HAVE ACTIVE CHAT. THEY ONLY HAVE PREVIOUSLY LISTED QUESTIONS TO WHICH THEY HAVE ANSWERS. THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO POST YOUR OWN QUESTIONS.
