I have travelled from my home state to other state and due to data low I am not able to use the internet. Immediately I did recharge some data pack but it is not reflected. I called to customer care and they are telling we will solve the issue in 7 days, by that time I should reach to my home state and what is the use to fix the issue after seven days.
