AIRTEL has suddenly stopped the lifetime validity and changed the validity time to one month or two months (incoming also), so we have to recharge for every one month or two months (as we did some years before).  The corporate people had started their swindle on us.  While trying to call customer care, that is also cost as CHAREGEABLE.

  1. WHY SHOULD TALKING TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IS CHARGEABLE? What are they thinking?
  2. Moreover, call will not connect straightly to customer care. Airtel customers will know that. We have to go through so many steps to reach to talk to that executive.
  3. Eventhough, most of the times, we will not able to reach that executive till end. We have to try number of times in vain.
  4. Yesterday and Today, I tried many times and finally I got reached customer executive portion but I couldnt able to talk immediately, I had waited for merely 10-15 minutes and then only I had got talked to them.
  5. Yesterday, I talked to an executive, she told that all I need to do is to recharge Rs.35 and that is enough. And I was told that I will get lifetime validity as usual. She also told that the only thing is to do any transaction. And I did it today but I got only 28 days validity.
  6. Today, when I enquired about this, the executive talked today is replying rubbish and not even answered properly, she not even bothers what I am supposed to asking. She is talking like something and shouting too. She is not responding properly.  Bleady. Bull shit. Dont even know how to talk to customers.

I am going to remove my airtel sim card and to buy another service provider card.
