Hi,
Two airtel numbers stopped working after upgrading to Postpaid. Those two numbers are on my father’s name and my mother ( Senior citizen and Family pensioner, 72 years OLD) is unable to use the services . Airtel guy has asked us Rs.5000/- to resolve the issue. Other executive asked us to bring affidavits (by mother and self)and produce death certificate/Adhar Card of my father. Now after giving all the required documents this so called Vijay Kumar Vemula ( His phone number is 9640133556) is asking us to bring Magistrate Certificate from Court. He says if we give him Rs.10,000 he will resolve the issue.
Now both our phone numbers are not working, what am I supposed to do. He has been harassing us on this and made our lives a hell.
