Hi Team,
I’m requesting to file a complaint as my Airtel SIM card stopped working on 6th April which was during the lockdown for Corona Virus. I was not able to use any online applications as for every transaction they were sharing OTP to the AIRTEL number and my airtel sim stopped working,I throws an error No SIM. I am not able to use Paytm, Phonepay, ay online money transfer as they were sending OTP request on my mobile number.
I called Airtel team and informed them about all situation and told them I can understand the situation of lockdown and ut I’m not able to do any transactions due to OTP. Even the Airtel application was asking me for OTP.

I have been using Airtel for longer period. My number is 9994417373.
Yesterday I have received message stating that all my 135 GB has been used for the month. However the data used for the month is only 70 GB for the month in the Airtel App. In addition, I have unused data of 264 GB in the mobile,
I was unable to login to my system. There is no internet connection for my number 9994417373 ). I request you resolve this issue immediately.
I have been working from home for past two months relying on Airtel network.

Airtel services are stopped on my number as well even though there is a successful recharge.
No one is not responding. May I know whom to reach.

Same here… My airtel sim stopped working suddenly from July 13 2020. Sim is not getting detected… Horrible to reach customer care. Plz share number to reach and solve my problem.
I have tried sending sms but all to no avail.
And i recharge #100 my airtel sim yesterday but it got exhausted without use.
I also recharge #200 on my airtel sim card and it got exhausted after a call which is not even up to 1 minute.
Please i need help on my airtel sim card.
