Hi All,

Last month i have sent to Pour Air tel customer care to change my postpaid plan and change request of Broad band connection from Copper to fiber. In that customer care one executive confirmed me with different plan as they don’t have prepaid connection .They ask me to one family plan were they will replace my copper to fiber and also they will provide me one Post paid plan were my number + One post paid plan + Fiber connection all for 1499 + tax. So i thought this plan was good economy.They help us in changing fiber and give me one post paid connection and also adding my number in this plan.However almost one month my number didn’t got portability. Currently it look like i am paying 1499 + tax for Fiber and new sim received + 499 + tax for my number. When i checked with them they confirmed that unable to convert my number into portability. So i asked them to cancel this new plan i will go with my old plan ( 799 + tax for Broadband ) & (399 + tax for my post paid connection).But they are telling its not possible to change the plan now. I have use this plan for 4 more months which is completely waste for me. I am doing night shift morning without sleeping i am following with them. However no proper response from there side. I am completely stress because of this issue. Need assistance from your side.
