Hello sir,
I have an airtel connection with mobile no. 9949162373. Recently my airtel DTH stoped working and the executive on his visit has said that airtel card is not fixed to the tv properly. So he suggested to take an airtel setup box for establishment of connection but now even the setup box stopped working as they have fixed an old setup box. Now the setup is removed and the connection is not shifted to the airtel card as well. When we contacted the customer care they gave an executive number but he dnt respond promptly. From past one month we don’t have any connection to access channels.
