Hello Team,
I have being using airtel connection for 3 months. They recommend 200 mpbs speed, however as per the network there is speed flucations. I called the exceutive around 15-20times.however the query doesnot rewolved.At last i removed the connection. After 2 months airtel retention team call me and inform me to submit the router as connection has been stopped. Thr person is very rude .he does not listen to the query. I said him please provide the security amount of the router. He said we dont know only billing team knows. Its him responsibility to tell me the security amount which i will get in 45 days. Its my right to know the amount however the airtel executive is denying to tell me that.. third class service…
