In the name of providing Airtel Broadband and DTH connection, I paid Rs. 4000 as an advance on 14th of October 2022 through Airtel link (internet banking) to install the connection at my place (B-15 Banashree Abason, AF Block, Salt Lake City, Sector 1, Kolkata 700064) after see the feasibility of service.After payment, on the same day the DTH was installed but theBroadband connection was not installed by them. On 15th October, it was said that the connection is not available in my area. I have communicated to 121 helplines and the devices recovered from my location on 20th October. It was said that the amount will be refunded in my account within 7-10 working days but no action was taken hence I connected with the Consumer forum (Grievance Number: 3965723). Today Airtel has refunded Rs 1,345 but I have paid Rs.4000, no broadband connection installed and DTH connection (devices) recovered. I need the rest of the refund of Rs. 2,655.
