Dear Support, i have paid for a new airtel broadband connection at my home M103 celestial city phase 1 ravet brt rd ravet pune 412101
I have been trying and waiting for engineer to complete the installation, he is not responding
Additionally, when i reached out to the coorinator Sidheshwar utteshwar waghmare at Ravet who took installation charges of Rs 3352, he is not ready to align the engineer to complete installation work.
He also did not share any further escalation contact with me to get support from some other engineer
