I have an Airtel Postpaid Number (9825049489) and 2 DTH Connection at Home for last Many Years .Suddenly Without My Concent and Informing Me Thay have Converted My all Three Connection in Airtel Black and Made My Postpaid Mobile Number As Primary Number in Airtel Black Plan and Started Charging Higher than Usual When I Contacted for the same They are Saying that We will Check and will do the needful which they are yet to do..
Despite Many Mail sent to the Airtel Nodal Cell and also Many Call To customer Care they are Not Responding .Requested Many Times to Remove My Postpaid Number From Black Plan (Which I Not Activated). They are Saying that If you don’t want and want to Remove Your Postpaid Number from Airtel Black Plan Then You have to pay the money as per Black plan and then only We can do the needful. They are Charging from me for the Mistake they have committed.Now in place of addressing My Query they have deactivated my Incoming and Outgoing Call in My Post Paid Number.
This Shows the Arrogance from Airtel for the customer Who is Using Their Services for Many Years.
