I have minimal balance to emergency outgoing and I do not want to top up every month unecessary as I use my secondary phone very sparingly. But the messages from Airtel are getting often and tone is getting more like an arm twisting and threatening to stop services even when I have balance and accounts linked to this number.I took this sim because it provided life to time validity and It was always like this when I wish to use the phone, I recharge accordingly not by being threatened on knifr point. That if I don’t this will happen or that. This is simply breach of trust by Airtel.
