I’ve called customer care executive, named parthiban picked the call, at night 10,43pm I finished all my mb , I got message from Airtel , After dng my fast I took my phone to see at 4.45am I got another message again from Airtel that 90% is over I,I was shell shell shocked and contacted customer service ,parthiban didn’t solved anything and behaves very rudely ,he kept telling me that i’ve used that all mb and telling me to check my browser history …I was using Jio am going to unsubscribe this Airtel .I want action against parthiban for Misbehavior and I want to know that he is punished !he has to call me and ask apology .if u really care abt customer satisfaction have to be action.am using this number more than 8 yrs !
