I applied for airtel broadband connection on Sunday and paid a sum sum of money of ₹6541 after that they said they will assign a technician for installation and installation will be complete within 24 hrs that’s it till today no one came and no one is answering the call. I am not whats Airtel doing. When I’m calling customer care My call is forwarded to ivr and without account I’d or landline number I’m not able to enter into customer care. I didnt expect airtel to be conning customer this way l. I have mailed to its nodal team and appellate team and still i am not getting any response. I just want my money to be refunded now.
