- Unable to use airtel for the past 13 idays. No call possible as there is no signal. No data also. Registered my complaint in your bloody app on Feb 2 got messaged that everything will be solved by Feb 10. Maybe their calender still has not reached the date. I’m not able to make phone calls or use my mobile data for all these days. If you can’t solve the problem atleast have the courtesy to inform that. There is no use with your ******app. Nobody to help the customer. Better you wind up
