Airtel has become one of the worthless service provider among other big names. I was frustrated with Jio for almost one year and finally i started using Airtel services. For few months it worked well now it has gone worse than Jio. I am facing fluctuating signals and too slow internet for more than a week. I work from home and for my requirement i bought 2 gb per day plan. But the speed i am receiving is not more than few hundred kb. I have tried to contact them in many ways but they dont respond. One worthless medium is their airtel thanks-app. I file a complain their and they say no signal problem. No other medium is there to contact them. No dont respond. I want my 1 week compensation from these robbers. I am sick of their ads of customer service and how they boast about their network. I wish the company burn down to ground then they will understand the pain of customers.
