It has been since July first complaint against poor connection than tranfer and now deactivation. I am not able to register a complaint forget about resolution. I have tried app . App giving error went 121 no option raise service request it goes to sendung msg to use app.than I raised normal service request engineer called and asked happy code and said will TL to transfer. Than I wrote nodal officer earlier there was no revert this time they reverted they will tranfer but nothing happened. Than I got jio as with WFh and kids school er need net . N asked them to cancel but again app saya order pending and no revert from anywhere else.
I havr paid all my dews the new tenants are there in old house if someone miss uses net who will pay .
